Anyone have suggestions for a good campground within about an hours driving distance of Denver? I've been looking on the internet, and there seem to be a number of decent options, but seeing as I've not done much camping out here yet I really have no idea what to look for.
Suggestions? Anyone? Anyone?

I've never been camping that close to Denver... Though there must be something decent nearby...
I'll ask around today & drop you a note if I get any recommendations.
When the weather warms up a bit, if you're ever looking for someplace to camp or backpack that's a bit beyond an hour from here-- probably 2 - 2.5 hours if you drive as slow as me-- I've got lots of great camping spots.
Good luck getting the new apartment in order.

Colorado Campgrounds: The 100 Best and All the Rest - this is a great book with a lot of good suggestions. I know the local library has a couple copies.
